Baby Bakers

Are you looking for a new and unique experience for your little one? Baby Bakers brings to you the first and only baking class for babies and toddlers. Founded by an experienced Early Years Primary School teacher who also ran a baking business, Baby Bakers has been designed to bring together the joy and love of baking with learning and development.  

Our classes begin with a circle time to introduce our theme through engaging stories, songs and participation. We encourage children to explore our messy and sensory play activity stations which include fully taste safe and edible ingredients with a variety of baking resources. Be sure to stop off at our 'take home' activity station where children get to make a tasty treat to take away with them. 

Children will excite their senses with textures, tastes, smells and sights giving them an opportunity to experience and be exposed to a whole host of new ingredients. Our equipment is carefully selected to provide a diverse range of materials for the children to handle. The tools and utensils build upon crucial fine and gross motor Physical Development skills and encourage a wide range of movements such as mixing, pouring, scooping and stirring. Baking is a great way to bring learning to life, check out our activity cards at our classes which detail how our activities promote other areas of learning such as Communication and Language, Personal Social and Emotional Development and Mathematics.
